Beck Street Management LLC is a NYC Based full service property management and consulting group. We specialize in market and affordable housing programs that include voucher/project based Section 8 and Other government subsidized programs.
Our team of managers, supervisors and building employees are committed to provide excellent service. We achieve great service through constant communication, preventative maintenance and capital improvement.
The Team
Our team and business partners are comprised of real-estate professionals from all areas of the business. Combined we have over three decades of real-estate investment, acquisitions, sales and management experience. Many of our team and business partners hold professional designees such as Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Property Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Housing Credit Certified Professional and licensed real estate sales and broker.
